G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected, due to the arrival of a CME, first observed on the 06-Dec. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair-poor, given this CME. Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted monthly values. S0, chance S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
